Bay Area vet overcomes PTSD (abclocal.go.com)

The Veterans Administration estimates more than 20 percent of those who come back from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan may develop PTSD -- post traumatic stress disorder. That's 40 to 50,000 people, about the size of the city of Novato or San Ramon.
